摘要
在数理分析和情景预设基础上,利用实际数据推演测算广东省中山市经济增长与能源消费控制目标之间的相容路径,经济增长与碳排放控制目标之间的相容路径以及为保障实现经济增长目标中山市二产增速需要守住的底线速度,并相应估算中山市碳排放强度、能耗强度与能源结构优化之间的调谐节奏,以及三大产业能耗强度与其结构优化之间的调谐节奏。只要把握好这些路径和节奏,便可确保中山市经济增长目标与碳排放达峰目标相容实现。
On the basis of mathematical analysis and scenario presupposition,the compatible path between economic growth and energy consumption control target,the compatible path between economic growth and carbon emission control target,and the bottom line speed of the Secondary Industry that needs to be kept in Zhongshan City to achieve the economic growth target are calculated by using actual data;and the tuning rhythm among carbon emission intensity,energy consumption intensity and energy structure optimization of Zhongshan City,as well as the tuning rhythm between energy consumption intensity and industrial structure optimization of Three Industries are estimated accordingly.As long as these paths and rhythms are reasonably followed,Zhongshan City will realize its economic growth goal and carbon emission peaking goal compatibily.
