During the period of the Republic of China,some legal journals was published in Fujian.Articles were published in the journals mainly belong to the category of law,involving general legal theory,legal history,theory and system of section law,judicial reform.These journals were the main media of Fujian legal research,and a record carrier for Fujian scholars to save the current situation by academic research.They had played an important role in academic research and institutional reform.At the same time,they had left a precious spiritual wealth for future generations.The practice of these journals in running concept,content arrangement and research issue can provide enlightenment for the current legal journals.
