Logistics Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era:Constitution System,Problems and Countermeasures

育人体系是指针对某一领域或某一环节而构建的育人系统。高校后勤育人体系由实践育人、文化育人、服务育人和环境育人构成,各体系相互依存,既独为一体又密切关联。目前,高校后勤在育人中存在对后勤育人有顶层无设计、对后勤育人功能重视不够且对育人体系缺少系统认知、后勤员工育人意识不强等问题。为此,应加强后勤育人顶层设计,细化后勤育人体系,并增强后勤员工育人意识和育人能力。

The education system refers to the education system constructed for a certain field or link.The logistics education system of colleges and universities consists of practical education,cultural education,service education and environmental education.Each system is interdependent,independent and closely related.At present,in the education of logistics in colleges and universities,there are problems such as the top-level design of logistics education,insufficient attention to the function of logistics education,lack of systematic understanding of the education system,and lack of awareness of education of logistics staff.For this reason,the top-level design of logistics education should be strengthened,the logistics education system should be refined,and the education awareness and ability of logistics staff should be enhanced.
