摘要
随着社会的不断发展,薪酬管理在企业人力资源管理中的作用日渐凸显。企业通过薪酬管理可以帮助员工增强归属感,并利用归属感让员工更加积极地为企业工作。所以企业在人力资源管理中对员工的薪酬管理进行创新很有必要。企业可以通过创新寻找到更适合自家员工的薪酬管理方式,并且希望通过这种方式,让员工更加积极地投身工作以及让员工自愿地留在企业,为企业的发展留住人才,这对于企业而言无疑是一种基础性的保障。
With the continuous development of society,the role of salary management in enterprise human resources management is becoming increasingly prominent.Through salary management,the enterprise can help employees to enhance their sense of belonging,and make them work more actively for the enterprise by using the sense of belonging.Therefore,it is necessary for the enterprise to innovate the salary management of employees in human resources management.The enterprise can find a more suitable way of salary management for its employees through innovation,and hope that through this way,employees can be more actively engaged in work and stay in the enterprise voluntarily,so as to retain talents for the development of the enterprise,which is undoubtedly a basic guarantee for the enterprise.
