Analysis of the Problems Existing in the Cost Management and Control of Construction Engineering in China and the Countermeasures

This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the cost management and control of construction engineering,and puts forward solving countermeasures,so as to provide assistance for improving the economic benefits of construction engineering.The paper takes the overview of engineering cost as the entry point,analyzes the problems existing in current management and control,such as lagging information communication,poor connection of various links,unstable market prices,changes in design schemes,and the above problems will increase the engineering cost.Based on this,the paper puts forward countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for relevant workers.
