摘要
从当前的企业发展来看,核心竞争力的提升是极为重要的,这是越发激烈的市场竞争环境下对企业发展所提出的更高要求。在企业提升自身核心竞争力的过程中,职工的教育培训是重要途径之一,也是企业在实现方针目标时的最根本途径。所以,对于企业的管理层以及人力资源管理工作部门来讲,需要对现如今企业职工教育培训工作存在的问题给予充分的重视,并提出针对性的措施进行解决。
From the point of view of the current development of enterprises,it is extremely important to enhance the core competitiveness,which is a higher requirement for the development of enterprises under the increasingly fierce market competition environment.In the process of enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,employee education and training is one of the important ways,is also the most fundamental way for enterprises to achieve the policy goals.Therefore,for the management and human resources management departments of the enterprise,it is necessary to pay full attention to the problems existing in the education and training of the employees of the enterprise,and put forward targeted measures to solve them.
