摘要
精益改善项目作为企业实践精益理念、培养精益人才、凝聚精益文化的重要载体,一直是多数企业推行精益工作的重中之重。论文结合PMBOK①框架和要素,以精益改善项目的管理为着眼点,从PMO(项目管理办公室)的视角针对项目生命周期中启动、规划过程组中的关键要素进行探讨,以期抛砖引玉与各业务领域项目管理人士共同探讨。
As an important carrier for enterprises to practice lean concept,cultivate lean talents and gather lean culture,lean improvement project has always been the top priority for most enterprises to carry out lean work.Based on the framework and elements of PMBOK①,this paper focuses on the management of lean improvement projects.From the perspective of PMO(Project Management Office),this paper discusses the key elements of the start-up and planning process group in the project life cycle,so as to discuss with project managers from various business areas.
