摘要 论文以2021年后疫情时代上海图书馆办证处新办证人次为切入点,看疫情防控阶段对于图书馆行业的影响,并通过比对2015-2019年上海各公共图书馆预制读者卡存量数据,进行多视角的分析,试图为上海各公共图书馆提高服务效能提出应对对策。 Taking the number of new cards issued by the Shanghai Library Licensing Office in the post-2021 epidemic era as the starting point,this paper looks at the impact of the epidemic prevention and control phase on the library industry.By comparing the stock data of prefabricated reader cards in Shanghai's public libraries from 2015 to 2019,this paper analyzes from multiple perspectives and tries to put forward countermeasures for improving service efficiency of Shanghai's public libraries.
