论文提出了城乡消防综合预警体系,给出了组成城乡预警体系的框架结构,并分析了预警体系运行的原则和机理。从北京世界城市建设过程中凸显的城市消防队与农村消防设施不匹配的现状,给出了发展研究的思路和空间,以推动北京城乡消防整体能力与应急水平的提高。

This paper puts forward the comprehensive early warning system of urban and rural fire protection,gives the frame structure of the early warning system of urban and rural areas,and analyzes the principles and mechanism of the early warning system.From the present situation that the urban fire brigade and the rural fire protection facilities do not match in the process of Beijing's world urban construction,the ideas and space of development research are given to promote the improvement of the overall ability and emergency level of urban and rural fire protection in Beijing.
