机械制造业发展步伐逐渐加快。新时期对仪表机械设计工作提出了较高要求,为保证仪表机械产品质量,实现低成本、短周期的设计目标,灵活应用虚拟样机技术能够满足这一要求。论文在虚拟样机技术介绍的基础上,分析仪表机械设计环节应用虚拟样机技术的重要性,最后探究虚拟样机技术在仪表机械设计过程中的应用,旨在为相关设计人员提供思路,大大提高虚拟样机技术推广价值。

The development pace of machinery manufacturing industry is gradually accelerating.In the new era,higher requirements are put forward to the design of instrument and machinery.In order to ensure the quality of instrument and machinery products and achieve the design goal of low cost and short cycle,the flexible application of virtual prototype technology can meet the requirements.Based on the introduction of virtual prototyping technology,this paper analyzes the importance of the application of virtual prototyping technology in the design of instrument and machinery,and finally explores the application of virtual prototyping technology in the design of instrument and machinery,aiming to provide ideas for relevant designers and greatly improve the promotion value of virtual prototyping technology.
