This paper conducts an in-depth exploration and thinking on how to play the role of grassroots Party organizations in hospitals.After the emergence of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,how to mobilize the Party organizations at all levels in hospitals in an extremely rapid manner at critical moments,and how to prevent further expansion of the epidemic are discussed in this paper.After a series of measures was put forward to prevent and control the further expansion of the epidemic,as medical workers who protect people’s lives and safety,they should devote themselves to the work as soon as possible.In order to ensure that we can win the war without gunpowder,we should give full play to the role of grassroots Party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of the majority of Party members.
