地方本科院校材料成型及控制工程专业应用型人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Application-oriented Talents Majoring in Material Forming and Control Engineering in Local Undergraduate Colleges

该文从人才培养目标、课程体系和知识结构、实验实习基地、师资队伍建设、人才培养方案实施五个方面对常熟理工学院材料成型及控制工程专业应用型人才培养模式进行了研究。在人才培养方案中设置理实一体化模块,在实施过程中加强校企合作,学生的应用能力得到大幅提升。

This paper studies the application-oriented talent training model of the material forming and control engineering major of Changshu Institute of Technology from five aspects:talent training objectives,curriculum system and knowledge structure,experimental practice base,teacher team construction,and implementation of talent training programs.By setting up the theory-practice integration module in the talent training plan,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in the implementation process,students’application ability has been greatly improved.
