摘要
以培养应用型人才为目标的教学型本科院校中,大都存在教学为主、科研为辅的现象。这种情况对于教师个人而言,必然要将大量精力投入教学,进而挤压从事科研活动的时间和精力。而理论性强且难于理解的热工基础类课程,又要求教师必须紧跟国内外热工发展新趋势。该文主要探讨了科研与教学相互协调发展的问题,针对建设应用型高水平大学的目标,提出了以科促教、以科促学、教学相长的具体建议和措施。
Teaching is more important than scientific research in teaching-based undergraduate universities with the cultivation of applied talents the goal.As a result,the teachers in these universities have to spend a lot of time in teaching,and they have little time and energy for scientific research.The situation is not suitable to the teachers who engage in the teaching of basic courses of thermal engineering which are highly theoretical and difficult to understand,because they must keep track of the latest development of thermal engineering at home and abroad.This paper mainly discusses the problem of coordinated development of scientific research and teaching,and proposes specific proposals and measures,such as promoting teaching and learning with scientific research,promoting the mutual development of teaching and learning,for the construction of high-level applied universities.
