护理本科实习生人文关怀品质现状调查及相关因素分析

Investigation on the Status Quo of Humanistic Care Quality of Undergraduate Nursing Interns and Analysis of Related Factors

目的:了解本科护理实习生人文关怀品质的现状并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用护士人文关怀品质量表对某三甲医院实习中后期的300名本科护理学生进行问卷调查,单因素用t检验分析,多因素选择多重线性回归分析。结果:回收有效问卷275份,有效回收率为94.8%。护理本科实习生人文关怀品质总分为(115.47±19.03)分;单因素分析显示,性别、选择护理专业的原因、科室的人文关怀氛围、是否接受过人文关怀相关培训等方面的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析显示,护理本科实习生选择护理专业的原因、科室的人文关怀氛围、是否接受过人文关怀相关培训是影响其人文关怀品质的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论:本科护理实习生的人文关怀品质还处于一般水平。选择护理专业的原因、科室的人文关怀氛围、是否接受过人文关怀相关培训等影响护理本科实习生的人文关怀品质。

Objective: To understand the current situation of humanistic care quality of undergraduate nursing interns and discuss its influencing factors. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 undergraduate nursing students in the middle and late period of their internship in a third-grade a hospital by using the humanistic care quality scale of nurses. The t-test was used to analyze the single factor, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted by multi-factor selection. Results: 275 effective questionnaires were collected and the effective recovery rate was 94.8%. The total score of humanistic care quality of nursing undergraduate interns was(115.47 ±19.03);univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in gender, reasons for choosing nursing major, humanistic care atmosphere in departments, and humanistic care related training scores(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that the reasons for undergraduate nursing interns to choose nursing major, the humanistic care atmosphere in the department, and whether they had received humanistic care related training were the important factors affecting the quality of humanistic care(P<0.05). Conclusion: The humanistic care quality of undergraduate nursing interns is still in the general level. The reasons for choosing a nursing major, the humanistic care atmosphere in the department, and whether they have received humanistic care related training affect the humanistic care quality of undergraduate nursing interns.
