摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校培养高素质应用型人才的重要手段。该文以江苏航空职业技术学院航空服务类专业为例,以提升学生专业综合职业能力为切入点,全方位加强校企联动,构建“校企双主体”的学生顶岗实习管理模式,着重分析和解决学生在顶岗实习中存在的问题,形成学校、企业、学生实习团队和学生个人的成绩评价体系,提高学生顶岗实习的实际效能。
In-post practice is an important means to cultivate high-quality applied talents in higher vocational colleges.Taking Jiangsu Aviation Technical College as an example,and with the improvement of students’comprehensive professional ability as the starting point,this paper strengthens the school-enterprise linkage in an all-round way,builds a“school-enterprise dual subject”management mode for students’in-post practice,and focuses on analyzing and solving the problems existing in the in-post practice,in order to form a system for schools,enterprises,students’practice teams,and students’personal performance evaluation,and improve the actual effectiveness of students’in-post practice.
