培养创新人才是高校支撑“创新驱动发展”“建设创新型国家”等国家战略的重要使命。劳动教育不仅可以为学生成长为创新人才打下良好的身体素质基础,而且可以起到激发创新意识、锻炼创新能力、磨练创新精神等作用。为促进劳动教育融入创新人才培养全过程,高校要强化劳动教育目标的创新育人导向,优化劳动教育载体的创新育人功能,增强劳动教育教师的创新育人本领,营造劳动教育环境的创新育人生态,合力构建新时代劳动教育与创新人才培养紧密融合的有利格局。

Cultivating innovative talents is an important mission for colleges and universities to support the national strategies such as“innovation driven development”and“building an innovation-oriented country”.Labor education can not only lay a good foundation of physical fitness for students'innovative growth,but also play a role in stimulating innovative consciousness,training innovative ability and honing innovative spirit.In order to promote the integration of labor education into the whole process of innovative talents training,colleges and universities should strengthen the guidance of innovative objectives of labor education,optimize the innovative training function of labor education curriculum,improve labor teachers'ability of innovative talents training,and create a good ecology for cultivating innovative talents in labor education.
