双绕组无轴承磁通切换电机转子径向悬浮滑模控制研究

Research on Sliding Mode Structure Control of Radial Rotor Suspension for Double-Winding Bearingless Flux-Switching Permanent Magnetic Motor

摘要 双绕组无轴承磁通切换电机转子径向悬浮控制系统,通常采用PI控制器,但该控制器存在受电机参数影响大、抗干扰能力弱等影响转子悬浮性能的问题。提出了一种基于滑模变结构控制思想的转子径向悬浮控制方法。该方法在转子动力学模型以及悬浮系统状态方程基础上,构建径向悬浮滑模控制器代替传统的PI控制器,提高转子径向悬浮系统的稳定性。基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证了该控制策略的有效性。 PI controller is usually used in the rotor radial suspension control system of double-winding bearingless flux⁃switching permanent magnetic motor(BFSPMM).However,the controller is affected by motor parameters and has weak anti⁃interference ability,which may affect the rotor suspension performance.A radial suspension control method based on sliding mode variable structure control was studied.Based on the rotor dynamics model and the equation of state for suspension system,the radial suspension sliding mode controller was constructed to replace the traditional PI controller to improve the stability of the rotor radial suspension system.The simulation model was built based on MATLAB/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
