摘要
向Al-5Zn-1Mg-0.1Ga-0.1Sn-0.05Mn母合金掺杂不同含量稀土Ce,通过金相分析、电化学测试及腐蚀形貌分析等研究合金在摩尔浓度为4 mol/L的NaOH溶液中的电化学性能。结果表明:当添加质量分数为0.3%的Ce时,合金晶粒最细小,第二相粒子分布细小均匀。Ce提高阳极活性,降低合金自腐蚀反应速率,合金的电化学性能最佳。添加Ce抑制合金在摩尔浓度为4 mol/L的NaOH溶液中的不均匀腐蚀,更趋于均匀腐蚀。Al-5Zn-1Mg-0.1Ga-0.1Sn-0.05Mn-0.3Ce具有最佳综合性能,适合作碱性电解质中铝-空气电池阳极合金。
The Al-5 Zn-1 Mg-0.1 Ga-0.1 Sn-0.05 Mn master alloy was doped with different contents of cerium(Ce),the electrochemical performance of the alloys in 4 mol/L Na OH solution were investigated by metallographic analysis,electrochemical test and corrosion morphology analysis. The results show that when adding 0.3% Ce,the grain size of the alloy is the finest and the distribution of the second phase is fine and uniform. Ce element can improve the anode activity and reduce the self-corrosion reaction rate of alloy. The electrochemical performance of the alloy is best. The addition of Ce element inhibit the uneven corrosion of the alloy in 4 mol/L Na OH solution,which made uniform corrosion tend to occurre. Al-5 Zn-1 Mg-0.1 Ga-0.1 Sn-0.05 Mn-0.3 Ce shows the optimum comprehensive performance and is suitable to be used as an anode alloy for alkaline aluminum-air batteries.
