摘要 为研究EIGA雾化喷嘴对氩气-钛粉两相流影响,用多物理场仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5模拟不同结构参数下两相流的流速、气压、分布。结果表明:钛熔滴雾化与反吹、钛粉回流受拉瓦尔喷管放置高度与导流管出口宽度影响。最佳结构参数即放置高度为-1 mm,出口宽度为1.1 mm,钛熔滴雾化点最高,钛粉粒径最小,涡流与钛熔滴反吹最弱,钛粉回流数量与高度最小。 In order to study the influence of EIGA atomizing nozzle on Ar-Ti powders two-phase flow,multi-physical field simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5 was used to simulate its velocity,pressure and distribution with different structure parameters. The results show that the atomization and blowback of Ti droplets,and there flux of Ti powders are affected by the height of Laval nozzle and the outlet width of draft tube. The best structure parameters are that the placement height is-1 mm and the outlet width is 1.1 mm,which result in the highest atomizing position of Ti droplets,the smallest size of Ti powders,the weakest vortex and blowback of Ti droplets,and the smallest quantity and height of Ti powders.
