交通工程项目管理模式研究

随着交通工程的进步和发展,其项目管理模式也在更新变化,逐渐地更加科学合理,从而提高了项目管理的整体水平。但是,具体过程中依然存在一些问题需要完善。文章基于交通工程项目管理模式的阐述,分析了具体问题,提出了几点应对策略,以供借鉴。

With the progress and development of traffic engineering,its project management mode is also changing,gradually more scientific and reasonable,so as to improve the overall level of project management.However,there are still some problems need to be improved in the specific process.Based on the elaboration of traffic engineering project management mode,this paper analyzes the specific problems and puts forward some countermeasures for reference.
