成人先天性心脏病相关感染性心内膜炎单中心回顾性分析

Congenital heart disease related infective carditis:A single center retrospective study

目的对先天性心脏病感染性心内膜炎患者的临床资料进行单中心回顾性分析。方法从广东省人民医院成人心脏超声心动图数据库中,检索自2011年1月1日至2018年12月31日成人先天性心脏病患者的临床资料,并使用excel软件筛选功能配合人工,筛选并发感染性心内膜炎的患者。对这些患者的临床资料进行Logistic二元回归分析。结果本研究感染性心内膜炎在样本中的罹患率约为0.9%。Logistic二元回归分析结果显示感染性心内膜炎的高危因素包括男性、二尖瓣反流、主动脉瓣疾患、肺动脉高压。感染性心内膜炎低风险因素包括房间隔缺损、接受外科手术。结论在先天性心脏病患者中并发瓣膜病变和(或)肺动脉高压的患者属于感染性心内膜炎高危患者。

Objectives To analyze the clinical data of patients with congenital heart disease related infective carditis through a single center retrospective study.Methods This study searched congenital heart disease cases between January 1st,2011 to December 31th,2018 from the echocardiography data base of Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital.The infective carditis cases were sorted out by the filter function of Excel software and manual work.Clinical data of these cases were later analyzed by the method of binary Logistic regression.Results In this study,the attack rate of congenital heart disease related infective carditis was about 0.9%.Binary Logistic regression indicated that the high risk factors of infective carditis included male gender,mitral regurgitation,aortic valve diseases and pulmo⁃nary artery hypertension.The low risk factors included atrial septal defect and receiving surgery.Conclusions In patients with congenital heart disease,complicating with valve diseases and(or)pulmonary artery hypertension is at risk of infective carditis.
