创新创业2.0背景下高职院校“双创”教育升级版的实施策略

我国已形成“双创为主线、科技为引领、产学研用协同、线上线下结合、服务实体经济转型”的崭新局面,正迈向打造“双创”2.0升级版的新阶段。文章以“双创”1.0及2.0升级版为时代研究背景,用比较分析法和文献综述法对比分析了两个不同时代的内涵、变革和着力点,理清了时代脉络。提出了“双创”2.0时代背景下“思创融合、科创融合、专创融合、文创融合、产教融合”五位一体的教育理念,“精神引领、价值塑造、知识普及、能力培养”的创新创业教育目标体系,“课程教学、师资培育、模拟实训、创业实践”分层级培养的“广谱式”创新创业教育体系,“高职院校、政府、企业、科研机构”四方联动的协同育人创新型人才培养模式,深入推进教师、教材、教法“三教改革”的“双创”教育教学改革实施策略。对打造高职院校创新创业教育升级版、新时代人才培养目标和理念的重塑,以及教育范式的变革具有重要意义。

China has entered a new stage of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation as the main line,science and technology as the guide,industry-university-research-application collaboration,combination of online and offline services,and service for the transformation of the real economy".We are now entering a new stage of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"2.0.Based on the era research background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"version 1.0 and 2.0,this paper USES comparative analysis method and literature review method to compare and analyze the connotation,transformation and focus points of two different eras,so as to clarify the context of the era.The paper puts forward the five-in-one concepts of"integration of innovation and thinking,integration of science and innovation,integration of specialty and innovation,integration of culture and innovation,and integration of production and education"under the background of"double gen"2.0"strong convergence.These concepts include:the educational concept;innovation of entrepreneurship education target system(the spirit of leading,shaping value,knowledge,ability cultivation);the layer classification innovation entrepreneurship education system(the curriculum teaching,teacher training,simulation training,entrepreneurship practice"cultured"broad-spectrum type);the quartet linkage of the cooperative education of innovative personnel training mode(the government,enterprises,scientific research institutions)and implementing strategies(thoroughly going efforts to promote teachers,textbooks,teaching reform of"three religions"of the"double gen"education teaching reform).It is of great significance to the upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the remodeling of talent training objectives and ideas in the new era,and the transformation of education paradigm.
