This paper analyzes the basic music education in colleges and universities,and summarizes the necessity of basic music education innovation under the background of"Internet+".Recognizing the current problems in basic music education,it aims to improve the implementation strategy of basic music MOOC under the background of"Internet+"through the analysis of various influencing factors,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of basic music and provide support for comprehensive talent training.
