摘要
培养创新性和个性化人才是当前高校工科专业人才培养面临的主要问题,随着学分制及工程教育认证的推行,传统的“教+管”的教育环节已经不能满足要求,需要增加“导”的环节。以华南农业大学水利水电工程专业为例,通过对工程教育认证中capstone课程目标、导师制的模式、职责要求进行探讨,提出在学分制和工程教育认证要求下实施导师制的指导内容及指导方式,为提高教育质量提供参考依据。
With the implementation of Credit System and Professional Accreditation of Engineering Education,the traditional education mode of"teaching&managing"can not meet the requirements of the training of the innovative and individualized students.Taking Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering of South China Agricultural University as an example,the feasibility of implementing Tutorial System under the two Education mode is discussed and a reference viewpoint is provided in this paper.
