基于机电一体化专业“学习领域”的高职教育教师标准建设

Teacher Standard Construction of Higher Vocational Education Based on "Learning Field" of Mechatronics Major

面对我国高职教育在教师标准上规范性的建设缺失,为了促进高职教育“德技双馨”师资队伍的建设,提升高素质技术技能型人才的培养规格,在研究分析教师标准建设国际经验和德国机电一体化专业“学习领域”基础上,提出了我国高职教育教师标准建设的建议,并对教师标准指标体系及建设内容进行了尝试性探索,建设内容详细具体,可操作性强。

At present,there is a lack of standardization in teacher standards in higher vocational education in China.In order to promote higher vocational education teachers team construction in"Professional Excellence and Moral Integrity"and improve high-quality technical skilled personnel training specification,this paper studies the international teacher standard construction and the mechanical and electrical integration professional"learning areas"in Germany.The study puts forward the suggestions for the development of higher vocational education teacher standard in our country,and content of construction of teachers'standard index system and conducts a tentative exploration with detailed the specific content of the construction and the maneuverability.
