超声在小儿急腹症中的应用价值和经验探讨

Application Value and Experience of Ultrasound in Acute Abdomen in Children

目的研究彩色多普勒在小儿消化系统急腹症中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析阐述2019年1-12月期间医院收治的136例急腹症患儿的超声检查和临床资料,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断的符合率。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断急性肠系膜淋巴结炎符合率92.86%,急性阑尾炎符合率90.91%,肠套叠符合率97.44%,肠旋转不良伴中肠扭转符合率100%,肠梗阻符合率100%。结论彩色多普勒超声在诊断小儿急腹症中具有较高的符合率,是小儿急腹症首选的检查方法。

Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in acute abdomen of digestive system in children.Methods The ultrasound examination and clinical data of 136 children with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were reviewed retrospectively,and the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed.Results Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis coincidence rate was 92.86%,coincidence rate of acute appendicitis was 90.91%,coincidence rate of intussusception was 97.44%,intestinal rotation in bad with volvulus coincidence rate was 100%,intestinal obstruction coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of pediatric acute abdomen,and is the first choice for the examination of pediatric acute abdomen.
