依从性等因素对于活动义齿适应性的关系探讨

目的探讨性别、年龄及依从性对患者佩戴活动义齿适应性的影响,为缩短活动义齿的适应周期提供临床依据。方法选取2018年12月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的活动义齿修复患者116例为研究对象,比较不同性别、年龄及依从性患者佩戴活动义齿的适应性。结果不同性别患者在活动义齿适应性的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄患者在活动义齿适应性的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):61~70岁的患者活动义齿适应性最理想,71~80岁之间次之,80岁以上最不理想。依从性组患者对活动义齿的适应性与不稳定依从组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长患者佩戴活动义齿的适应性逐渐下降,而依从性好的患者比依从性差者佩戴活动义齿的效果更好,适应期也更短。

Objective To study clinical relationship between the factors of gender,age,compliance and adaptability of removable denture for providing new clinical guideline.Methods 116 patients from December 2018 to December 2019 which were received systematic removable partial denture treatment in our department were selected.Follow-up was carried out to evaluate clinical relationship between age,gender and compliance and adaptability of removable denture.Results The results indicated that the there was no significant difference between different gender(P>0.05),while it could be found significant differences between different age and extent of compliance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adaptability of movable dentures for patients aged 61 to 70 is the most ideal,followed by those between 71 and 80 years old,and the least ideal for those over 80 years old.Comparing the adaptability of patients in the compliance group to the movable denture and the unstable compliance group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients tended to have decreased adaptability with increasing age,moreover,the ones who had better compliance would possess of excellent clinical outcome with shorter adaptation period.
