非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的临床疗效观察

目的观察分析痛风伴高尿酸血症应用非布司他治疗的临床治疗疗效果及不良反应。方法选择医院2018年2月-2019年2月期间收治的痛风伴高尿酸血症患者96例,随机分为人数均等的两组对照组48例应用别嘌呤醇治疗,观察组患者48例应用非布司他治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果两组患者治疗后血尿酸明显下降,观察组明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝肾各功能指标对比,观察组治疗后与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.83%明显高于对照组的79.17%,观察组不良反应发生率4.17%明显低于对照组的16.67%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症,可降低尿酸水平,不良反应发生率低,安全性更高。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and adverse reactions of febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia.Methods 96 gout patients with hyperuricemia admitted randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.48 cases in the control group were treated with allopurinol,48 cases in the observation group were treated with febuxostat tablets,and Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum uric acid of the two groups decreased significantly,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);liver and kidney function index comparison,the observation group after treatment and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%higher than that of the control group 79.17%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.17%,and the control group was 16.67%.The observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of febuxostat tablets in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia can reduce the level of uric acid,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the safety.
