PDCA循环在骨科医院儿童合理使用中成药中的实践

Practice of PDCA Cycle in Promoting the Rational Use of Chinese Patent Medicine in Children of an Orthopedic Hospital

目的评价PDCA循环管理方法在规范骨科医院儿童合理使用中成药中的效果。方法采用PDCA循环管理模式,统计某骨科医院2019年1-6月(管理前)的儿童中成药不合理用药处方类型及用药错误环节构成,全方位分析儿童中成药不合理用药原因,制定改进措施,并对实施效果进行评价。结果PDCA循环前后,儿童中成药处方不合格率由12.67%降为6.50%;儿童中成药用药错误所占比由61.45%降为34.59%;药师胜任力综合评分由(19.62±2.10)分提升到(25.69±1.65)分。结论PDCA循环管理可有效提高骨科医院儿童中成药的合理使用,是药学干预的一种有效手段。

Objective To evaluate the effects of PDCA cycle on standardizing rational use of Chinese patent medicine in children of an orthopedic hospital.Methods The PDCA cycle mode was adopted to analyze the types of unreasonable prescription of Chinese patent medicine in children and the composition of drug use errors in a orthopedic hospital from January to June 2019,and the causes were analyzed.Then,formulated preventive measures,and evaluated the implementation effect.Results The percentage of unreasonable prescription of Chinese patent medicine in children reduced from 12.67%to 6.50%after the activity;the rate of the medication errors of Chinese patent medicine in children was reduced from 61.45%to 34.59%;the scores of the pharmacist competence increased from(19.62±2.10)to(25.69±1.65).Conclusion PDCA cycle improves the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in children of an orthopedic hospital,it is an effective means of pharmaceutical intervention management.
