医院强化预防管理及有效控制引起医院感染的高危因素

Strengthening Prevention Management and Effectively Controlling High Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infection in Hospital

目的探究医院强化预防管理对有效控制引起医院感染的高危因素的作用。方法选取医院2018年4月-2020年4月医院感染管理工作为研究重点,按时间进行分组,2018年4月-2019年12月为对照组,2020年1月-2020年4月为观察组,两组医院感染发生率比较。结果观察组未发生1例医院感染,明显低于对照组发生6例(3.0%)医院感染(P=0.03)。结论医院感染工作需从预防管理角度积极开展相应的管控工作,可有效避免医院感染的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening prevention and management on the effective control of high risk factors of nosocomial infection.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,the hospital infection management work was selected as the research focus,which was divided into two groups according to time.The control group was from April 2018 to December 2019,and the observation group was from January 2020 to April 2020.The incidence of hospital infection in the two groups was compared.Results There was no nosocomial infection in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 6 cases(3.0%)in the control group(P=0.03).Conclusion The work of hospital infection should be carried out from the angle of prevention and management.It can effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.
