多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Multiple Nursing Methods in the Nursing of Patients With Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease

目的糖尿病并冠心病应用多样性护理方式的临床效果情况分析。方法选取2018年12月-2019年12月本院诊治110例糖尿病并冠心病患者资料,随机分两组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以多样性护理,分析两组血糖与血脂指标、心理状态、依从性情况。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h的血糖、三酰甘油与总胆固醇指标均比对照组少(P<0.05);且研究组SDS分、SAS分比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组坚持用药、饮食控制与定期复查等依从性比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并冠心病应用多样性护理,能降低患者血糖与血脂指标,改善其心理指标,提高临床依从性,具一定应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multiple nursing methods in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods The data of 110 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care,and the research group was given diverse care.Analyze the blood glucose and blood lipid indexes,mental state,and compliance of the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triacylglycerol,and total cholesterol were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),SDS and SAS points in the study group were less than the control group(P<0.05).The adherence of the study group to medication,diet control,and regular review was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing care for diabetic patients with coronary heart disease can reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid indexes of patients,improve their psychological indexes,and improve clinical compliance,which has certain application value.
