“5+3”一体化临床医学生职业素养培养体系的讨论与探索 被引量:4

摘要 推进临床医学“5+3”一体化人才培养模式改革,是在医教协同背景下,构建我国新型临床医学人才培养体系的重要内容之一。为做好原有7年制医学教育与“5+3”临床医学教育体系的有效衔接,构建临床医学“5+3”一体化人才职业素养培养的创新体系显得至关重要。考虑社会和广大医学生的需求,遵循医学教育和医学人才成长规律,在医学教育领域积极进行创新性的探索,使得医学教育系统机制更加高效,加快合格医学人才的成材率并迅速提升紧缺人才的培养速度,奋力推动建设健康中国,为人民群众提供更优质的医疗服务。文章通过讨论与积极探索,通过教学改革实践,对该培养体系进行初步思考、展望并不断优化,以期提高医学人才职业素养培养质量。 Advancing the reform of the"5+3"integrated talent training mode of clinical medicine is one of the important contents of constructing a new clinical medical talent training system in China under the background of medical education.In order to effectively link the original 7-year medical education with the“5+3”clinical medical education system,it is crucial to construct a clinical medical“5+3”integrated talent professional literacy training innovation system.Considering the needs of the society and the majority of medical students,following the law of medical education and the growth of medical talents,and actively exploring in the field of medical education,making the system mechanism of medical education more efficient,speeding up the rate of qualified medical talents and rapidly improving the training speed of talents in short supply,striving to build a healthy China and provide better medical services for the people.Through discussion and active exploration,through the practice of teaching reform,this paper makes a preliminary reflection,prospect and continuous optimization of the training system,in order to improve the quality of medical talent professional quality training.
