康复专科护士核心胜任力现状及影响因素分析

The Current Situation and Influencing Factors of the Core Competence of Rehabilitation Specialized Nurses

目的了解康复专科护士胜任力现状及影响因素,为提升康复专科护士核心胜任力提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2015年5月—2019年8月在四川某三甲医院进行康复专科培训的护士为调查对象,使用统一的一般资料问卷、中国注册护士核心胜任力量表进行调查。结果康复专科护士的胜任力总均分为(3.05±0.50)分,7个维度中法律与伦理实践能力、教育咨询能力得分较高,临床护理能力、批判思维与科研能力得分较低。多元逐步回归显示,职称、所在科室、培训时间是康复专科护士核心胜任力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论康复专科护士核心胜任力总体居于高水平,中、高级职称的专科护士能力较好,初级能力有待提升。

Objective To investigate the status qua and influencing factors of the competence of rehabilitation specialist nurses,it lays a theoretical foundation for improving the core competence of rehabilitation specialist nurses.Methods The participants were chosen by the convenient sampling who were trained in rehabilitation specialists in a Grade-A tertiary hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province from May 2015 to August 2019.A selfmade questioner and Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN)were used.Results The overall competence of rehabilitation specialized nurses score was(3.05±0.50).Among the seven dimensions,the legal and ethical practice ability and the education and consultation ability were higher;the clinical nursing ability,critical thinking and scientific research ability were lower.Multiple gradual regression shows that the technical title,the department,the training time are the main factors influencing the core competence of the rehabilitation specialist nurse.Conclusion The core competence of rehabilitation specialized nurses was generally at the high level.The senior and expert were satisfactory,but the junior should be improved.
