摘要
随着我国医疗领域的不断发展,提升了我国医疗技术水平,为给人们提供高质量的就医服务,对医护人员综合能力提出更高要求,具备专业技术水平与综合能力,充分体现出医护人员自身的重要作用与价值。尤其是在“规培”大环境下,需加大对住院医师的培训力度,结合医院实际发展情况的全面分析,制定完善的培训方案与考核制度,全面落实到住院医师培训工作环节中,对住院医师培训工作的约束性管理,从而提升住院医师的创新能力与职业素养。结合目前住院医师培养情况的分析,还受到传统化教育体制因素的影响,忽视对住院医师创新能力的培养,影响医疗领域的可持续发展。对此,还需加大对住院医师的培训力度,对传统化教育理念的优化,创新多样化的教育模式,明确主体教育目标,从而全面提升我国住院医师综合能力与技术水平。
With the continuous development of China's medical field,China's medical technology has been improved,in order to provide people with high-quality medical services,higher requirements are made for the comprehensive capabilities of medical personnel.The important role and value of people themselves.Especially in the"regulation"environment,it is necessary to increase the training of resident physicians,combined with a comprehensive analysis of the actual development of the hospital,formulate a comprehensive training program and assessment system,and fully implement it in the resident training work.Constraint management of residency training,thereby enhancing residency's innovative ability and professional quality.Combined with the analysis of the current resident training situation,it is also affected by the factors of the traditional education system,ignoring the cultivation of resident doctors'innovative ability and affecting the sustainable development of the medical field.In this regard,it is necessary to increase the training of resident physicians,optimize traditional education concepts,innovate and diversify education models,and clarify the main education goals,so as to comprehensively improve the comprehensive capabilities and technical level of resident physicians in China.
