后牙隐裂行全冠修复的临床疗效分析

目的探讨后牙隐裂行全冠修复的临床效果。方法选择医院2018年1—12月收治的后牙隐裂患者80例为对象,根据入院顺序将患者分成对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组用金属烤瓷全冠修复,观察组用二氧化锆全冠修复。比较两组患者的患牙修复成功率和口腔并发症发生率。结果观察组的患牙修复成功率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的口腔并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全冠修复治疗后牙隐裂的效果明显,二氧化锆全冠修复的成功率比金属烤瓷高,且患者发生口腔相关并发症的几率小,可获得良好的预后。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of complete crown restoration with cracked posterior teeth.Methods 80 patients with cracked posterior teeth admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)according to the order of admission.The control group used metal.The porcelain crown was repaired,and the observation group was repaired with a zirconia crown.The success rate of dental restoration and the incidence of oral complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of tooth restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of oral complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of full crown restoration on postcracked teeth is obvious.The success rate of zirconia full crown restoration is higher than that of metal porcelain,and the probability of oral cavity-related complications is small,and a good prognosis can be obtained.
