胆囊良性疾病行小切口胆囊切除术治疗的效果观察

Observation on Small Incision Cholecystectomy for Benign Gallbladder Disease

目的观察胆囊良性疾病患者实施小切口胆囊切除术治疗方案的效果。方法观察对象选择于2019年1月—2020年1月期间在医院就诊的胆囊良性疾病患者98例,以手术方案的不同实施分组观察,49例实施小切口胆囊切除术的患者纳入试验组,49例实施开腹手术治疗方案的患者纳入对照组,对两种治疗方案的开展效果进行对比和观察。结果相对比于对照组,试验组患者手术时间较长,而下床活动、肛门首次排气、住院时间均缩短明显,切口长度缩小明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组VAS评分降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者发生并发症几率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者对手术方案满意程度提升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆囊良性疾病治疗中实施小切口胆囊切除术可获得满意的疗效,不但可缩小手术切口,缩短患者住院时间,创伤性小,因此,该治疗方案可对患者术后康复发挥促进作用。

Objective To observe the effect of small incision cholecystectomy in patients with benign gallbladder disease.Methods 98 patients with benign gallbladder disease were selected in our hospital during January 2019 to January 2020,and were divided into groups according to different surgical procedures.49 patients with small incision cholecystectomy were included in the experimental group and 49 patients with open surgery were included in the control group.The effects of the two treatments were compared and observed.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time of the experimental group was longer,but the time to get out of bed,the first time of anal exhaustion,and the hospitalization time were significantly shortened,and the length of the incision was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in the probability of complications in the two groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision cholecystectomy can be performed in the treatment of benign gallbladder disease.It can not only reduce the surgical incision,shorten the hospital stay,but also reduce the traumatic injury.So this treatment plan can play a role in promoting postoperative recovery of patients.
