中药房管理应用中药质量规范化管理的效果

The Effect of Standardized Quality Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine in TCM Room Management

目的探讨将中药质量规范化管理运用到中药房管理的应用效果。方法对医院中药房管理情况进行回顾性分析,选取来中药房取药治疗的患者128例,按照时间分成研究组与参照组,医院中药房管理在2018年2月—2019年2月中使用传统管理方法为参照组,患者64例。2019年3月—2020年2月使用中药质量规范化管理为研究组,患者64例。将研究组和参照组药品配发准确率和药品退换率、患者对中药房管理工作的满意率进行比较。结果研究组使用中药质量规范化管理药品配发准确率优于参照组,药品退换率低于参照组,患者满意率高于参照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药质量规范化管理运用到中药房管理中可使药品配发准确率得到显著提升,退换药品概率降低,同时患者对中药房管理工作的满意率得到明显的提升。

Objective To explore the application effect of standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of Chinese pharmacy.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the management of the Chinese pharmacy in our hospital.128 patients who came to the Chinese pharmacy for drug taking treatment were selected and divided into study group and reference group according to the time.The traditional management method was used as the reference group in the management of the Chinese pharmacy in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,with 64 patients.From March 2019 to February 2020,64 patients were enrolled in the study group.The accuracy rate of drug distribution,the rate of drug return and exchange,and the satisfaction rate of patients to the management of traditional Chinese medicine room were compared between the study group and the reference group.Results The distribution accuracy rate of the study group was better than that of the reference group,the drug return rate was lower than that of the reference group,the patient satisfaction rate was higher than that of the reference group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy can significantly improve the accuracy of drug distribution,reduce the probability of drug return and replacement,and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with the management of traditional Chinese medicine room.
