大兆瓦风机主轴轴承加工用高精五轴车磨复合机床关键技术研究

摘要 针对大兆瓦风机主轴轴承零件的加工需求,在参考国内外机床公司和科研机构先进技术的基础上,开展大兆瓦风机主轴轴承加工用高精五轴车磨复合机床关键技术研究。基于目前机床企业和科研机构的研究热点,分别对大兆瓦风机主轴轴承零件加工用高精车磨复合机床的结构设计、数控系统技术、机床床身和立柱结构件技术、大兆瓦风机主轴轴承磨削和车削技术进行了研究,为高精五轴车磨复合机床的可靠性提升与精度保持性提供技术支持,从而为提高大兆瓦风机主轴轴承零件的加工精度和质量可靠性提供技术支持。 In view of processing requirement of large megawatt fan spindle bearing parts,and based on the reference to advanced technology of domestic and foreign machine tool companies and scientific research institutions,the research is camed out on key technology of high-precision five-axis turning and grinding composite machine tool for large megawatt fan main shaft bearing.Based on the current research hot spots of machine tool companies and scientific research institutions,the structure design,CNC system technology,machine tool bed and column structural parts technology,grinding and turning technology of large megawatt fan main shaft bearing have been studied to provide technical support for reliability improvement and accuracy maintenance of high-precision five-axis turning and grinding composite machine tools,thus provide technical support for improving the machining accuracy and quality reliability of large megawatt fan main shaft bearing parts.
