随着环境保护和能源节省变得越来越受重视,汽车原厂水性漆的比例越来越高,传统的三涂两烘工艺已不能满足市场的需求,三涂一烘压缩工艺应用而生,相比于传统的三涂两烘工艺,三涂一烘工艺更加的节能,但是外观挑战也更高,从电泳,中涂,色漆以及罩光清漆等几个方面浅谈对外观的影响因素。

In recent years,with more attention paid to environment protection and energy conservation,the proportion of waterborne basecoat in automotive original basecoat has a significant rise.Since traditional three coating and two baking technology can no longer meet the demands of market,three coating and one baking technology has emerged with the development of market.Compared with traditional technology,the technology of three coating and one baking can significantly save energy,but it also has corresponding challenges in its appearance.This paper analyzes the appearance influencing factors from the aspects of electrophoresis coating,primer,basecoat and clearcoat.
