摘要 分析了传统焊接实训教学中主要痛点,以SOLDAMATIC虚拟仿真设备在教学应用为例,比较了学生实训成绩、物料消耗与受伤害程度数据。得出结论:虚拟仿真教学的融入,解决了操作过程不易观察,技术要领难纠正问题,学生成绩明显提升;焊材消耗大大降低,节约了成本;学生的实习环境得到了改善,受到伤害的概率有所降低。 This paper analyzes the main weaknesses in traditional teaching of welding training,and makes comparison between traditional teaching and modern teaching with application of SOLDAMATIC virtual simulation equipment from the aspects of students’grades,material consumption and injury degree.The results show that the integration of virtual simulation teaching solves many problems in teaching,such as difficult observation in operation process,difficult correction of technical essentials and significant improvement of students’performance.As a result,the consumption of welding rod is greatly reduced and the cost is saved,the practice environment has been improved and the rate of getting hurt has been greatly reduced.
