船用吊机机械防摆系统建模与实验研究

摘要 为解决船舶起重机受到外部激励造成吊重较大摆动的问题,通过建立三绳位置跟随防摆模型和三绳阻尼式张力防摆模型的方法研究了一种三绳防摆机理。结果表明:进行三绳张力防摆控制时,吊重防摆效果可达53.8%。由此可见,该防摆方案准确合理,能够提高吊机的工作效率和吊装安全。 In order to solve the problem that the crane is greatly oscillated by external excitation,which causes the sling weight to swing greatly,a three-rope anti-swinging mechanism is studied by establishing a three-rope position following anti-swing model and a three-rope damped tension anti-swing model.The results show that when the three-rope tension anti-swing control is carried out,the sling weight anti-swing effect can reach 53.8%.It is concluded that the anti swing scheme is accurate and reasonable,which can improve the working efficiency and hoisting safety of the crane.
