摘要
针对当前引信用电磁拔销器研究中缺乏对其电磁力实际大小有效测试方法,无法为后续弹簧等可恢复部件设计提供准确依据的问题,提出了引信用电磁拔销器电磁力测试方法。该方法基于静态测试思想并利用TYTRON250微力测试仪精确测试电磁力。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效测试引信用电磁拔销器实际电磁力大小并减小误差干扰,为电磁拔销器设计及其保险机构安全验证提供参考价值。
Current research about electromagnetic actuator in fuze lacks of effective testing methods for its electromagnetic force,also cannot provide an accurate basis for the design of subsequent springs and other recoverable components.to solve the problem,an electromagnetic force testing method of pin in different positions was proposed.This method was based on the static test idea and used a micro-force tester to accurately test the electromagnetic force.Tests results showed that this method could effectively test the electromagnetic force of actuator,reduce error,and provide a basis for the relevant design and verification of electromagnetic actuator fuze safe system.
