摘要
针对部分装甲车辆配备的线膛炮定距空炸引信射程大于1500 m时定距精度不足的问题,提出自测初速修正引信时间定距误差的方法。该方法根据炮目位置关系、期望炸高、弹丸名义初速确定射角及瞄远量,计算名义空炸时间和空炸时间对初速的敏感因子,连同名义初速装定给引信。弹丸发射后,引信利用磁传感器自测初速,将实测初速与名义初速的偏差和空炸时间对初速的敏感因子求积后叠加至已装定的名义空炸时间,形成实际空炸时间,用以修正时间定距误差。仿真计算1500 m射程时,自测初速修正引信时间定距极限误差为23.52 m,明显优于传统计转数定距极限误差35.57 m。仿真和外场试验结果表明,在1500 m以上射程时,自测初速修正时间定距误差可以显著提升时间定距精度,修正后的时间定距精度明显优于计转数定距精度。
Aiming at the low precision of artillery projectile air burst fuze with rifling in armored car when shooting 1500 meters away,a method of distance time error correction by self measuring muzzle velocity was proposed.It determined firing angle and distance from target to aiming according to position between gun and target height of burst,nominal muzzle velocity,calculated nominal air burst time and sensitivity factor of air burst time to muzzle velocity.Then set the nominal air burst time,the sensitivity factor of air burst time to muzzle velocity and nominal muzzle velocity to the fuze.After shooting,the fuze used magnetic sensor to measure muzzle velocity,and calculated the deviation between the measured muzzle velocity and the nominal muzzle velocity.The deviation and the sensitivity factor of air burst time to muzzle velocity were multiplied then formed the actual air burst time by plusing nominal air burst time.The actual air burst time could correct fixed distance time error.Simulation results showed that the self-test muzzle velocity correction fuze time fixed distance limit error was 23.52 m,which was obviously better than 35.57 m of transmitting statistical revolution,when shooting 1500 meters.The way of correcting fixed distance time error by self measuring muzzle velocity could significantly improve distance accuracy and the corrected time distance accuracy was obviously better than the distance precision of revolution counting.
