摘要
2018年以来大棒线随着非调钢、合金结构钢等品种钢及汽车用钢的增加,高端产品均需采用漏磁探伤保障产品表面质量,漏磁探伤量增加,由于产品漏磁初探合格率低,严重影响了精整生产效率。针对探伤合格率低的钢种,通过查找探伤过程异常点,并对探伤合格率低的钢种进行分析改进,通过系列措施的制定、落实,漏磁初探合格率得到了显著的改善。
With the increase of high-end products such as non-quenched steels,alloy structural steels and automotive steels in the large-size round bar rolling line since 2018,the product need to be tested with MFL to ensure the surface quality of products.The efficiency of finishing production is seriously affected due to the low rate of initial products that need to be tested.By finding out the abnormal points of the MFL testing process and analyzing and improving of the steels with low pass rate of defect detection,the pass rate of MFL testing has been significantly improved.
