摘要
神木兰炭具有低灰分、低硫、低磷、低有害元素、高发热量等优越特性,燃烧性能与热稳定性较好。在分析神木兰炭基本特性的基础上,对其清洁燃烧利用现状进行了评析。神木兰炭替代无烟煤用作生产、民用燃料可减少有害物质的排放及对空气的污染,有效改善空气质量;将神木兰炭与无烟煤、生物质复配成型制备混合燃料代替原煤燃烧是未来神木兰炭高效清洁燃烧利用的新趋向。
Shenmu semi-coke has the advantages of low ash,low sulfur,low phosphorus,low harmful elements,high calorific value,and good combustion performance and thermal stability.In this paper,we introduce the basic characteristics of Shenmu semi-coke,and evaluate and analyze the status of clean combustion utilization.Shenmu semi-coke can be used in production and civil fuel to replace anthracite,which can reduce the emission of harmful substances and air pollution,thus effectively improving the air quality.It is a new trend for efficient and clean combustion utilization of Shenmu semi-coke in the future that Shenmu semi-coke is mixed with anthracite and biomass to produce mixed fuel instead of raw coal.
