摘要 换流阀饱和电抗器因其封闭式的结构,铁芯热量难以高效散出。为了掌握电抗器的散热特性,预测实际运行时的温度情况,需要对其散热模型进行准确建模。对饱和电抗器的结构和散热过程进行了分析,建立并简化了铁芯散热的热路平衡方程,其中含有关键的等效热阻参数。基于该方程,提出了利用多次不同工况的试验数据,通过参数拟合获取方程中的等效热阻参数的研究思路,并利用有限元计算工具仿真电抗器散热过程,验证该研究思路。最后,设计搭建了相应的电抗器温升试验平台,利用多组试验数据拟合出了模型中的等效热阻参数。仿真和试验数据显示,拟合结果准确性较高,对铁芯温度进行预测的偏差小,对电抗器运行时温度预测和结构设计均有一定指导意义。 Due to the closed structure, it is difficult for valve reactor to dissipate heat from the core efficiently. In order to acquire the heat dissipation characteristics, and to predict the temperature during operation, the heat dissipation process needs to be accurately modeled. Consequently we first analyzed the structure and heat dissipation process, then established and simplified the heat dissipation balance equation of the core, which contains the key equivalent thermal resistance parameters. By studying the equation, we proposed a method for obtaining the equivalent thermal resistance parameters through parameter fitting by using multiple test data under different working conditions. To verify the method, a finite element calculation tool was used to simulate the reactor heat dissipation process. Finally, a reactor temperature rise test platform was designed and built, and multiple sets of test data were adopted to fit the equivalent thermal resistance parameters in the model. The simulation and test data reveal that the fitted results are accurate and the deviation of estimated core temperature is negligible, which shows a certain guiding significance for the structure design of the reactor.
