胃肠道肿瘤微创治疗研究现状和展望

Status and prospect of clinical research of minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors

当时光迈入2021年,以腹腔镜为代表的微创外科技术在胃肠道肿瘤外科领域已经历30年之发展。随着国内临床研究意识的加强,许多大型医院已经设计并执行了腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术相关的临床研究,并获得初步结果,且被高质量期刊发表。国内临床病例数多,手术经验丰富等优势,正逐渐转化为高质量临床数据和临床证据的收获。本文就近年来腹腔镜等微创技术在胃肠肿瘤应用中的研究现状做一回顾,以期为今后的发展做好准备。

Minimally invasive surgery represented by laparoscopy has experienced 30 years of development in the field of gastrointestinal surgical oncology.In recent years,with the increasing awareness of clinical research in China,many clinical studies and trials have been designed and implemented with regard to laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgical oncology,followed with preliminary results,which have been published in high-quality journals.The advantages of a large size of clinical cases and rich surgical experience in China are gradually turning into the harvest of high-quality clinical data and clinical evidence.This article reviews the research status of laparoscopic minimally invasive technology in gastrointestinal cancer in recent years,in order to prepare for the future development.
