水凝胶在动脉疾病腔内治疗中的应用及进展

Application and progress of hydrogel in endovascular treatment of arterial diseases

摘要 腔内手术已经成为动脉疾病的重要治疗手段,但由于疾病本身情况及治疗手段的局限,术后可能出现内漏,导致疾病复发。水凝胶是一种可以根据周围环境产生性状变化的高分子凝胶,能够在腔内治疗后的瘤颈及瘤腔注射,产生占位效应,有效阻断血流,防止内漏发生。而且由于其独特的结构和生物学特性,可以与弹簧圈及药物结合,发挥更大的腔内治疗优势。 Endovascular surgery has become an important treatment for arterial diseases,but due to the disease itself and the limitations of treatment methods,endoleaks may occur after surgery,leading to recurrence of the disease.The hydrogel is a polymer gel that can change its properties according to the surrounding environment.It can be injected into the aneurysmal neck and residualaneurysmal sac after endovascular surgery to produce a space-occupying effect,effectively block blood flow and prevent endoleaks.And because of its unique structure and biological characteristics,it can be combined with coils and drugs to give play to greater advantages in endovascular surgery.
