新疆库尔勒市水资源压力评价

摘要 评价水资源压力状况对于区域水资源管理有重要意义。根据新疆维吾尔自治区巴音郭楞蒙古自治州水资源公报、区域地下水位监测和孔雀河径流量等数据,从水资源数量、水资源经济和水资源生态环境压力3个角度出发,选取6个指标构建水资源综合压力指数,分析库尔勒市2000~2015年的水资源压力状况。结果表明,库尔勒市近16年来水资源综合压力指数为0.260 2~0.745 2,水资源压力长期伴随着经济社会的发展,水资源安全极为脆弱,具有累积性风险。2011年后水资源综合压力指数波动较大,迅速升至0.622 9~0.745 2的高位。随后在最严格水资源管理制度的落实下,压力有所缓解,2015年综合压力指数回落至0.450 9。研究成果可为区域水资源管理提供依据。 It is great significance to evaluate water resource pressure for regional water resource management.According to the water resources bulletin of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,regional groundwater monitoring data and Kongquehe River runoff data,six indexes were selected to establish the comprehensive index of water resource pressure from three aspects of water resource quantity,water resources economic and water ecological environmental pressure.And then,this index was used for analyzing water resource pressure of Korla City from 2000 to 2015.The results show that the comprehensive index of water resource pressure in Korla City was in the range of 0.2602 and 0.7452 in recent 16 years,water resource pressure had long been accompanied by economic and social development,and water resources security was extremely fragile and had cumulative risks.After 2011,the comprehensive index of water resource pressure fluctuated significantly,and rapidly rose to between 0.6229 and 0.7452.Followed by the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system,the pressure had been relieved,and the comprehensive pressure index fell to 0.4509 in 2015.The research results can provide a basis for regional water resources management.
