高校辅导员参与学生创业价值观教育问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of College Counselors*Participation in Students*Entrepreneurial Values Education

创业价值观教育在思想层面对于创业教育的进一步完善,是结合社会主义核心价值观理论体系,对高校在创业教育方面提出的必要要求.本文从高校创业价值观教育的现状出发,分析了创业价值观教育过程中存在的教育观念上缺乏动力、教育过程中缺乏设计及教育水平上欠缺知识等问题,并提出了有针对性的解决对策.

The further improvement of entrepreneurship education in the ideological level is a necessary requirement for colleges and universities in entrepreneurship education combined with the theoretical system of socialist core,values.Starting from the current situation of entrepreneurship values education in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship values education,such as the lack of motivation in education concept,the lack of design in education process and the lack of knowledge in education level,and puts forward some targeted countermeasures.
